Each Friday during the Spring and Fall semester we sell the products we make, including fresh beef, pork and lamb, as well as bacon, ham, scrapple, snack sticks, and a variety of other products. Students not only get hands-on experience in production, but also working retail sales and interacting with the public.

 

See, we really are located in the shadow of the fourth largest stadium in the World. That's the famous Paterno statue -- it appears as though JoePa is pointing at the Meats Lab!
