So many products to try! Sausages, roast beef, a little bit of dry curing... and a smoked turkey for good measure.

  1. Beautiful looking products! Do you make all in house or do you bring some in from outside just for the experience?

    • Some we make, but each year we have a competition in which processors can bring products of different categories and we can give them feedback. They looked great, but we also get into some texture and flavor assessments as well.
